Step 1: Focus

Focus effectively on how to define clear globally conscious business goals while finding solutions to business challenges or dilemmas which sustain our environment.

Step 2: Substance
Continue to create substance in effective and conscious ways by identifying the specific ingredients needed to achieve the result. Learn to brainstorm solutions by using various focusing techniques as individual leaders, in pairs or as a group.

Step 3: Form
Learn how to mould the clay into achieving the desired form so that the outcome feels good and meets the project demands. This involves turning the desire for a result into the belief that it can happen. It examines core values and eliminates limiting beliefs to make sure all is in alignment to allow the process to easily unfold.

Step 4: Determination
Determine how the end result will benefit the employees, our shared planet and the shareholders on a global scale with regard to Social Corporate Responsibility and global citizenship.
