| Gloasis Alliance is taking action! |
A new NGO is taking catalytic steps for a sustainable business community.
Johanne is currently active in the co-creating of an NGO called Gloasis Alliance who's mission statement is:
''To co-create and facilitate a paradigm shift based on ethical and sustainable
development through the creation of caring, nurturing communities that include a clear long term business development and partnership focus while also taking excellent care of the environment''.
She is also proud to have facilitated the group towards clarifying the charter and principals for this new NGO.
The group is already acting as a catalyst in our community in Norway! Together the team has coordinated the timely application to the competition for the innovation prize for best idea at DnB NOR bank in March 2011. The idea is based on the use innovative solar greehouse technology for a local community to help increase independence and sustainability, develop conscious capitalism and entrepreneurialism through co-creative empowerment and education.
This is only the beginning! Well done Gloasis!

| 13th Global Leadership Forum, Paris October 2010 |
W.I.N 2010: Realizing Visions with Clarity Enthusiasm and Care
Mother Nature & Father Greed have seemingly released their forces on the Earth. This was quoted by Prof. Rajendra Sisodia, a speaker at this exciting women’s international networking conference and who’s topic was about conscious capitalism. He sees WIN as a group of leaders who in their awareness can pave the way to a better world.
Realizing visions with clarity, enthusiasm and care was the theme at this years WIN conference in Paris. It attracted a gathering for three days of 800 women in leadership who discussed important themes such as sustainability in business, integrated work and family life and conscious capitalism, all of which positively impact our personal lives, environment and world as a whole. One world, one family. We were learning how to make it work together!
Johanne attended as a volunteer helping the team to organize the conference activities from Monday 4th October to the closing post conference workshop on Saturday 9th October. Johanne was asked to be a volunteer again for the third time and to bring her own clarity, enthusiasm and care to share with others.

| Good4Gaia and the coffee industry |
The good4gaia blog co-created with my life partner Arne Dahl. The aim of our good4gaia blog is to enhance conscious consumerism and awareness in the coffee industry. Activities for good4gaia are progressing favourably in collaboration with members of Gloasis Alliance and its partnerships. The goal is to empower co-creative partnerships between the farmers and the market.
Here is a poem that captures what we are about.
